Dafür gibt es eine relativ einfache Lösung:

  1. Xcode starten
  2. Preferences Pane öffnen
  3. Reiter “Downloads”, dann zu Documentation
  4. “OS X 10.8 Core Library (529 MB)” markieren
  5. Im unteren Textfeld wird nun unter anderem der Pfad angezeigt
  6. Pfad im Finder öffnen
  7. Das Documentation-File löschen und anschließend nochmal neu installieren

Bei mir hat es geholfen.
